My Fambly - The Birdie
A big green birdie lives wiff us. Momma's sister, Aunty Pam, wanted a "talking parrot" when she was in eighth grade and got Quincy. He's a Blue Front Amazon parrot. Dat was twenty-tree years ago so Quincy is efen older dan Blackie. He makes a lot of noize but sumtimes he talks and whistles. One day Momma took Quincy out of the birdy jail he lives in to take new pictors of him and I saw he'z covered in FEV-VERS! I wanted to play with his fev-vers an jumped up just as de light on de silver flashy box went off. Momma sed I was a bad kitty and was caught in de act. But if you look at de pictor, you can see mine mouf wazn't open to bite him and mine claws wazn't out to scratch him. I jus wanted to touch his fevers but he yelled at me!I still want to play wiff his fev-vers! Can you come out to play wiff me?

LOL! I so love your birdie brother, Pumpkin!! I laugh everytime I see the picture with your paw sticking up to touch his fev-vers! Everyone needs to enlarge that picture as I think you can see Pumpkin's head if you look close! Right, Linda? Well, I was gonna tag you, but you've already been tagged! Oh well!
oh, fev-vers are the bestest. I would like to feel his fev-vers too. MOM! Can we gets a birdie so that I can pet his fev-vers? - Sammy
Right, Kat, you can just see a bit of Pumpkin's nose and whiskers near Quincy's foot. He startled the both of us when me made his vertical leap since I didn't even know that Pumpkin was nearby. And it's just by chance that I caught him doing it on the picture. Didn't even know that I took a pic until I put Quincy back in his cage and looked at my camera.

I can see why you wanted to touch
his feathers there beautiful. Be careful though that beak looks sharp.
Hi Pumpkin. Be nice to the birdie. I know those fev-vers look delicious, but your mommy won't be happy if you taste them.
YOU'VE GOT REAL LIVE FEV-VERS RIGHT IN YOUR VERY OWN HOUSE! YOU'RE SO LUCKY! I WANT A TASTY BIRDIE...um... I mean...PRETTY BIRDIE FEAST...um... I mean...PRETTY BIRDIE FRIEND OF MY VERY OWN TOO!!!

That's unbelievable that you have access to such a great cat toy..erm, I mean, friend. If I had a friend with feathers, he wouldn't be a friend with feathers for very long. You show great restraint, Pumpkin!
Pumpkin, I'm glad that you are "playing nice" with the birdie! No biting! :)

Hey Poi Rats Cats & Bun! I discovered your blog over at Animal Magic. I have you on yet another list that's started for new links to be added to Kat's Cat, my site! I would love to have a rat, but fear with my two young boys (8 and 4), it would end up snack for one of my 3 kitties or my woofie!
