Very cool! You are lucky to have a patio to hang out on. That's very nice of you to let the other cats use the cage too, Midnight.
Wow, that is a very nice patio cage you got there!
That looks like a great place to take a nap. And it is nice of you to share, sometimes...Tara
Hmmm...what do you need a cage fer?
The cage is cool for napping. But Kimo and Sabi got me thinkin. What do you need a cage for? (Other than nappin of course.)
Purrrrrrs,

Well, a squillion yeers ago, when Momma and her sisters wuz still in school, they fownd a baby spotted nek dove and took care of it. When Oliver gotted big, they tried to let him fly away but he kept coming back so they needed a cage to keep him safe frum the kitty who wuz living heer at the time Momma forgot which kitty it wuz.) Grandpaws frends at werk welded togethur a ginormus cage frame that Grandpaw put chiken wire on the sides and top. After Oliver went to the Rainbow Bridge, they left the cage in the patio and put an old mattress pad on the top so anycat can sleep on it. Blackie claimed it as hers. The cat carriers live inside the cage in plastic bags so they don't get dusty.
Very good reason to have a cage. To keep the cat carriers safe. Yup, and for sleeping on top of. Yup. Good idea. We might have to ask for one ourselves now!
