Midnight Monday

Tho the othur poodins spend most of thare time in the howse, I stay owt in the patio, mostly on top of the empty cage that wuz bilt for Oliver the birdie who went to the Bridge a squillion yeers ago.

Effen when Sophie and Penny furst moved in and lived IN the cage fur a little wile, I stayed on top of it.

The only time I go in the howse is to drink water frum the bowl in the kitchen.

But on Sataday, The Lady was surprised to see me sneeking into the liffing room. (If Tiger sees me, he chases me owt of the howse.) Since Tiger was napping in one of the bedrooms, I got a good long peek arownd.

Then I went back to mine cage fur a nap.

Penny's Home!

Penny had to stay offurnite at the v.e.t. afta her ladygardenectomy. Granpaw brawt her home the next morning and she hid all day. She gotted stabbed too so she duzzent feel too good.

At leest she duzzent haff to go back to get the stitches taken owt cuz they'll disappear all on thare own. But she got pills to take fur 5 days. She went to a diffrent v.e.t. than Sophie did. Sophie dint haff to stay offurnite, she had to go back the next week to get her stitches taken owt and she dint haff pills to take. But they both gotted shaved tummies.

Uh oh, the PTU is reddy fur SOMEKITTY to go to the v.e.t. Okay, Momma sed it's not me. *whew* Penny is going to get her ladygardenectomy serjery tomorrow. Since she's not supposed to eet anyfing after 8:00, ALL the bowls of crunchies will be put away and thare will be no midnite snacks tonite. BUMMER!

Formerly Feral Friday

Sophie is vury happy bean an indoor poodin.

She LUVS her stinky goodness and Momma sez she's getting pudgy. She leeves kitty toys all offur the howse. She espeshully luvs to drag the squiggles wile Penny chases after the tale end.

Penny is almost as long as Sophie now tho she ways only half as much.

Penny has an appointment wiff the v.e.t. to haff her ladygardenectomy in 3 weeks since she'll be 6 munths old by then.

It seems like just yestady when they moved in.

Gingersday

Me and Penny are the gorgeous gingers in this howse and we haff sum fings in common.

Both owr names start wiff the letter "P".
We're the yungest poodins in this howse.
We both like to jump and climb.
We like to take turns and chase each othur down the hallway.
We're the only poodins in the howse wiff all pink paw pads.

But thare are sum fings that are diffrent.

I'm a big mancat and Penny's a gerl cat.
I'm floofy and Penny's not.
I don't like clippy claws time but Penny duzzent mind a pawdicure.
Momma calls me "Mr. Hollywood" and takes LOTS of pikchurs of me but Penny runs away when she sees the flashy box.
I haff bloo eyes and Penny has oranj eyes.

Momma had to hold Penny in her lap to get a good close up of her purty eyes. Yoo can tell she wuzzent too happy abowt this. Me? I just lay on the cowch and as long as the flashy lite is OFF, I don't mind.
