Mine Weekend Went Downhill
Mine weekend started owt purty good. Momma gave me a noo twisty tie toy since mine old wun wore owt and got retired (tossed in the rubbish can). I took it wiff me on Momma's bed and played wiff it and put mine smell all offur it.
Then I took a nap.
Later on that nite, Momma wuz carrying me and noticed what looked like DIRT in mine furs. She went "uh oh" and got the flee comb and wiff the furst try, cawt TWO FLEEZ wiff the comb. The dirt wuz akchooly FLEE POO. Az Miles Meezer wood say, "Crapity-crap-crap-crap!" We bin invested wiff flees by the flee bag woofies (namely Sammie and Chloe) who bin bringing thare fleez in the howse. So we got flee medysins put on owr neks.

Oh yuk!! We hate dat flee stuff. Mum puts it on our necks efurry munf and it makes our furrs all greasy. We try to clean it off eech uvver, but mum won't let us. Haf yoo tasted it??? It's the pits.It stops us gitting fleez but Eric still gits ticks, but I don't.

Yep - it's that time of year. We usually don't have to git that stuff put on, but since we are gitting a stroller, that means we will be exposed to the great out of doors and all them bugs - yek!
Mom says we can't keep "pets" so no fleas lowd. At least they haf that neck stuff now. The firstest cat had fleas an was lergic to fleas, flea powder, flea collars, flea spray, an efurryfing else cept bafs. So he had a baf efurry week! But it was better than hafin fleas. Hope they's gone reel soon.
We know exactly how you feel. we live in Florida and we have to get the flea gunk every month. Icky! Icky! Hope yours go away.

Sorry you got that flee stuff put on your neck Pumpkin. We wanted to thank you for our Secret Paws! Sadie luvs her peanut treats and we got to it stinky goodness for a change! Eclipse played and played with the mousies and he licks the bottle the bubbles are in!!! We just luv our Paws!!! You and Pluto are the Bestest Secret Paws in the whoooole world!!!
